Every element of this class is created to help you engage, learn, and walk into birth feeling grounded, equipped, and supported.

  • Intentionally limited number of couples per class. We keep our classes small. This allows for meaningful interaction, personalized guidance, and space to ask real questions.

  • A fully interactive, hands-on experience. This isn’t just lecture-based learning. You’ll learn through movement, visual demonstrations, and hands-on practice so you can actually apply what you’re learning.

  • Tools you'll take into the birth room Walk away with tangible guides and resources designed to support you in the moment—so you’re not trying to remember everything when labor begins.

Best taken between 28–34 weeks. Our August class is ideal for couples with due dates from September through early November—giving you time to prepare while everything is still fresh.

Lead Instructor

Heather McNally is a childbirth educator, certified birth doula, and Body Ready Method® Pro. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Wellness and is passionate about the role of nutrition and movement in supporting pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a mother of two, Heather brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work, equipping couples with evidence-based education and compassionate support as they prepare for birth.
